Zayna Jaffar is a Senior Neurological Physiotherapist with over 7 years of NHS experience, specialising in neurological rehabilitation. She supports people living with conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, brain injury, and spinal cord injury.

Zayna provides personalised, one-to-one physiotherapy focused on improving movement, confidence, and independence. Her approach is practical, compassionate, and evidence-based, helping clients achieve meaningful progress and a better quality of life.
